Fraterhuis

		Spotlight Aangrijpend, op feiten gebaseerd verhaal over hoe verslaggevers van The Boston Globe grootschalig kindermisbruik binnen de katholieke kerk blootleggen. Spotlight is de naam van de onderzoeksgroep van dagblad The Boston Globe die grondig spitwerk verricht naar de geruchten van kindermisbruik door geestelijken in hun stad. Als de journalisten aan enkele touwtjes trekken ontrafelt zich een schandaal, dat steeds grotere vormen aanneemt. Maar The Boston Globe is een lokale krant met diepe wortels in de gemeenschap. Vooral Walter Robinson (Michael Keaton), chef van de onderzoeksgroep en geboren en getogen in Boston, belandt in een lastige spagaat als hij tegenover zijn oude schoolkameraden komt te staan... 'Spotlight' is een intelligente, heel precieze film, die de emoties rond dit gevoelige onderwerp lange tijd strak in toom houdt, maar uiteindelijk ook grote emotionele indruk maakt. Winnaar van de Oscar voor Beste Speelfilm.
